How Kaarigor Craft prepares, packs and delivers single-brand orders across supported zones.

Where we deliver

Initial delivery coverage is configured by zone in the Craft system. Dhaka and outside-Dhaka charges can be changed from operational data without changing the storefront design.

Dispatch timing

Ready-stock products are normally prepared after order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces may need additional production time, which should be shown on the product page before checkout.

Tracking

When a courier and tracking number are added in the CMS, customers can see those details on their order-tracking page.

Packaging

Fragile and natural-material products should be packed with protective material suitable for their form, surface and journey.
